This combination offers a pronounce bittersweet taste with no acidity. The result is a perfectly warm, well-balanced cocoa taste.

We started off as usual by the natural ingredients for an ice cream base such as cream, milk and sugar. Then the fun starts by slowly pouring small amount of the ice cream base to the intensely green Matcha powder, whisking it smoothly to prevent any lump.
The matcha we have chosen is from Niko Neko, widely known in the artisanal industry to be one of the best quality matcha powder available. The matcha used has the perfect balance between umami, bitterness and smoothness.
Best pair with more mactha! Drop a scoop of the ice cream into a Matcha latte, because why not?
Fire-toasted sugar made with love in small batches, topped up with salt. All this mixed in with heavy cream and milk.
A perfect balance of salty and sweet
Best tasted alone first to fully comprehend the simple complexity of the flavour. Then squish between any of your desired cookie for that extra decadence.
We start off with our cream base ice cream followed by adding in reduced Guinness Stout for that extra punch-in-the-face flavour!

The long lost queen of ice cream.
We start it off with soaking the raisins in plenty of rum for at least 1 day. Then, small batches of ice cream base is prepped, chilled and its flavour is allowed to developed in the fridge overnight.
All the rummified goodness is then added to our churned ice cream for that perfect pairing of the classic Rum & Raisins.
Recommended eaten with a piece of moist chocolate cake.
We started off with our thick chocolate ice cream base but we got bored and thought why not add some fun into it? Well, how about a generous pour of some Scotch Whisky. Oh and along the way, let's add some smokiness as well, cause why not?
Best eaten alone.
